Mandala in Bloom

Data Deletion

Signing in is optional in Mandala in Bloom, so what exists — and how to delete it — depends on whether you ever signed in. Here's exactly what exists and how to clear it, either way.

Effective September 10, 2026

In short

If you signed in, you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it any time, right in the app — no waiting, no email required. If you never signed in, uninstalling the app deletes everything stored on your device immediately. The only other data that exists either way is anonymous usage analytics and, if you subscribed, purchase records — email us to have those cleared.

01

Data on your device

Your streak count, any custom breathing pattern you've set up, and — if you never signed in — your saved/liked affirmations and premium/trial status, live only on your phone. Simply uninstalling Mandala in Bloom permanently deletes all of it — there's nothing further to request, and nothing we could restore even if asked to, since we never had a copy. This is true whether or not you're signed in; signing in only adds a copy of your liked affirmations and trial-start date to your account, described next.

02

Your account, if you signed in

If you chose to sign in with Google or Apple, Mandala in Bloom created a Firebase account for you, holding: the email address, name, and profile photo your sign-in provider shared; the date your free trial started; and your liked/saved affirmations.

You can permanently delete all of it yourself, in the app, right now: open the account icon on the Saved tab → Delete Account → confirm. This immediately deletes your Firebase account and its associated data — nothing is retained, and nothing further needs to be requested by email. If you'd rather stop using the account without deleting it, use Sign Out instead — your data stays intact and you can sign back in later.

If you can't access the app to delete your account yourself (for example, you already uninstalled it), email us with the address you signed in with — see the request card below — and we'll delete it manually.

03

Other data held on our behalf

Two more things can exist outside your device, both explained in full in the privacy policy:

Neither has a self-serve deletion flow the way your account does — request deletion of these by email below.

04

Requesting deletion by email

For anything not covered by in-app account deletion above — analytics/purchase records, or an account you can no longer access — email us with the details below:

Manish Dubey

Please include in your email:

  1. The platform you used (iOS or Android)
  2. If you signed in: the email address you signed in with
  3. If you didn't sign in: roughly when you used the app (helps narrow down anonymous records)
  4. If you subscribed: the email or account used for the App Store / Google Play purchase, so the purchase record can be located

We'll process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.

05

A note on scope

Google Play requires apps that support account creation to offer a way to delete that account, either in-app or via clear instructions on a page like this one. Mandala in Bloom's account is entirely optional — the full free tier works without ever creating one — but for anyone who does, deletion is instant and self-serve inside the app itself, which the section above documents.
